Through her stories on Instagram, the actress shared some photos and videos of her at the media presentation of “Aventurera”.

What is it about Adventuress?

Aventurera is an original novel by Álvaro Custodio. This masterpiece was adapted to film in the 1940s, with the iconic actress Cuban Ninón Sevilla in the lead role and has been adapted to the theater on different occasions.

The plot revolves around Elena Tejero, an innocent young woman whose life takes a dramatic turn when she is deceived by Lucio “El Guapo”. Lucio, with her charms, manages to make her fall in love, only to betray her by selling her to Rosaura, played in the theater by Carmen Salinas and that on this occasion Olga Breeskin will take her place.

Rosaura forces Elena to prostitute herself at the Kumbala cabaret, a place where Elena’s dreams are shattered.

However, his fighting spirit does not go out, and he finds a light in the figure of Mario, Rosaura’s son. Mario, oblivious to dirty business from his mother, he falls in love with Elena, who sees in this relationship an opportunity to take revenge on those who led her to that dead end.

“Aventurera”, starring Irina Baeva, will be released this June 20 at Salón Los Ángeles.
