The story of convert Davina Karamoy, touched by reading Surah Al-Isra while having a high fever

JAKARTA – Davina Karamoy tells the spiritual journey when he first became interested in Islam. The beautiful 21-year-old artist admitted that she was touched when she read Surah Al-Isra verses 44-46, at which time she was sick.

Davina Karamoy said that at that time he started reading the Koran, even though he was still a Christian. This is because the Muslim mother read the Al-Isra verse and asked the child to read it when he was sick.

Davina Karamoy’s mother believes that this letter in the Koran can relieve her child of pain.

“That was the first time I had a high fever. My mother was Muslim, she gave me Al-Isra verses 44-46 and that’s what my mother said was the letter of the fort, told me to read it. Coincidentally I was still a Christian, so I just read the Latin,” said Davina Karamoy in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, not long ago.

Davina explained that at that time, she had a high fever and couldn’t eat any food. After reading this verse, Davina felt like her illness suddenly disappeared.

This also made him amazed by the magic of the verses of the Koran as a means of banishing pain.

“Yes, I read it, I was in a position where I couldn’t eat or do anything. After reading it, it wasn’t long before I was immediately healthy. That’s the first time I started to get knocked because it was effective,” he said.

Even though previously, Davina admitted that she had never found out about Islam. He only focuses on the religion he was born with and has no intention of leaving it when he grows up.

“From the start, I didn’t look for it at all. After all, I’ve embraced a religion since I was little, and I didn’t want to look for another one. It was only then that Allah showed me,” he said.
