How much sweet potato is enough?

Some nutritionists say that if you eat more than one potato a day, you should consider changing to get more nutrients.

Meanwhile, some experts say that the high beta-carotene content in sweet potatoes can cause the skin to turn orange if eaten too much.

From red, white or purple sweet potatoes, you should keep the skin intact when eating. Not only does it save you time peeling, but it also provides great nutritional benefits when leaving the peel on.

So, eat enough sweet potatoes. You should only eat 2-3 potatoes per week and should supplement other foods to balance nutrition.
