Therefore, today in this episode, we have brought for you the recipe of making Mumbai Style Tikki Frankie which can be easily made at home. So let’s know about its recipe.
necessary ingredients
Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
Flour – 1/2 cup
Boiled mashed potatoes – 1 cup
Onion – 1/2 cup (chopped)
Peas – 1/4 cup
Red chilli powder – as per taste
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Butter – as required
Green chutney/tomato ketchup – as required
Capsicum – 1 (chopped)
Chaat masala – as per taste

– Heat butter in a pan, add potatoes, garlic, peas, half onion and spices and cook. ,
– Cool the mixture slightly and make tikkis.
– Add wheat flour, all purpose flour and water as required in a bowl and knead the dough.
– Make small balls of dough and roll them.
Bake the roti on both sides on the pan.
Now apply sauce on one side of the roti and place tikki, onion and capsicum.
Sprinkle chaat masala on top, wrap the frankie, place in a plate and serve.
