The main subject of the trial was the division of custody of their joint daughter Rozárka. Purchase he demands that his daughter spend the same amount of time with him as with her mother, including spending the night, because so far she only gets it twice a week for eight hours and for the same time every other weekend. But the dispute should also concern the fact that Hanychová she published her daughter’s photos and videos on Instagram, which bothered TV director Barrandov very much. The negotiations, which lasted over two hours, did not bring any result. According to a reliable Blesk source, the pair did not agree and the trial was adjourned until April.
Car problems
Hanychová was the first to arrive at the trial, which was supposed to start at 9 in the morning. She was accompanied by her husband Miroslav Dopita (39) and both immediately disappeared into the cafeteria, where Agáta was discussing the next course of action with the lawyer. However, Jaromír Soukup had complications, he arrived at the courtroom twelve minutes late. According to Blesk, he timed his arrival precisely to avoid a confrontation with the media, but on the way he punctured his car’s wheel, which definitely did not add to his mood. However, he avoided meeting Agáta and Dopita, who left before the meeting.
When the stand ended after 11 o’clock, both participants protected themselves with silence. “I will not comment on anything, it is about a minor daughter. Everything will remain behind the walls of the courtroom,” said Bleska Soukup, who was leaving accompanied by the new lawyer. “I have nothing to say about that,” answered our questions Hanychová, who was leaving the court with dark glasses on her eyes.

The judge decided that public participation in the meeting was not possible. “It should be emphasized that the question of whether a minor should be protected through the intervention of public authorities from the phenomenon of so-called sharenting, i.e. the publication of various types of records depicting her on social networks and information about her program, stay and activities, forms the very core of this merits proceeding. Proper evidence will be provided in the case, also for the purpose of establishing the intensity in which the minor is »exposed« to public attention and what impact this fact has on her daily life, possibly what consequences such behavior may have for the minor or what threats to her brings,” is the justification for why the meeting took place behind closed doors.
