Thus, with the changes made to the Labor Code, the implementation of incentive mechanisms and concessions has been started for those who settled and worked in our territories freed from occupation.

He noted that our citizens working in our territories freed from occupation are paid a one-time allowance of 600 manat in addition to the additions to their monthly salary. They will also be entitled to take 5 days of additional leave each year:
“To whom does the one-time allowance of 600 manat apply?
Employees who have graduated from vocational, secondary and higher educational institutions and have at least 2 years of work experience in the last 5 years and who work in the liberated territories of our country under an employment contract can receive this allowance.
How to apply?
The institution responsible for the process is the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. What documents are required?
It is enough to apply with an identity card. The allowance is determined proactively.
How many days after application are funds paid?
The application for the determination of the allowance is considered and a decision is made no later than 10 (ten) days from the day of its registration. That is, if the applicant has the right to receive the said allowance, the funds will be transferred to his account within 10 days at the latest.”
