Experts of the US National Cancer Research Center have shared the results of a 20-year study.
A study conducted on 400 volunteers found out which porridge has an anti-cancer effect.
Publika.az reports that all participants recorded what they ate in the morning and how they felt at different times for 20 years.
People who like to eat porridge in the morning are more resistant to diseases, they have less cancer and live longer. Who eats 20 grams of buckwheat every day, the risk of early death decreases by 20-30%.
20 other studies of the same type also found that those who consumed more seeds, buckwheat and wheat, had less stomach and
esophageal cancer.
The most useful porridges are: whole grain cereals, buckwheat, oats, brown wild rice.
But duru, semolina porridge is only suitable for children who have undergone gastric surgery and cannot eat buckwheat porridge for certain reasons.
