The storm also caused about 20 flooding spots in urban areas, but by the morning of September 8, this situation had been resolved.

In the suburban area, the rain flooded 593 hectares of rice and 231 hectares of vegetables; 14,969 hectares of rice and 973 hectares of vegetables were damaged; and 126.3 hectares of fruit trees were affected.

Due to the effects of thunderstorms, tornadoes, and storms on the evening of September 7, some localities in Hanoi suffered widespread power outages.

Of which, 12 110kV power lines had problems, only 1 110kV Xuan Mai Transformer Station lost power, and was handled immediately during the night, early morning of September 8.

The medium-voltage grid in the inner city had almost no power outages, of which 23 lines and 5 stations with problems were immediately restored; in the suburban area, 248 medium-voltage lines and 4 transformer stations had problems; 38 poles fell, causing widespread power outages concentrated in Thanh Oai, Chuong My, Phu Xuyen, Thuong Tin, and Thanh Tri districts.
