The police postponed the case of the disappearance of bottles of homemade schnapps from the warehouse at the presidential castle in Lány and other irregularities in the management of Prague Castle. The criminal complaint was filed by the Office of the President of the Republic at the time when Miloš Zeman was the head of state and the office was headed by Vratislav Mynář. The Seznam Správy server informed about it today. According to him, the current presidential office filed a complaint against the postponement of the case.

The audit, on the basis of which the office contacted the police, found that from sfor example, around 300 bottles of bottled home-made alcohol disappeared from the kladu in Lány. According to him, the criminal complaint was aimed at Mynář’s subordinates. According to the Seznam Zprávy, the chancellor at the time attributed the individual errors mainly to the former director of the Prague Castle Administration, Ivo Velíško, and also to the former administrator of the Lánská chateau, Michaela Javůrková.

The server stated that the Office of the President of the Republic, whose personnel composition changed after the accession of Petr Pavel, filed a complaint against the decision. “The reason is that we wanted to use all the remedial options, that’s why we filed the complaint,” Castle spokesman Vít Kolář told the server.
