The mobile court raided three clinics and diagnostic centers in Shivchar of Madaripur and imposed a fine of Tk 85,000.
On Thursday (March 7) at noon, the operation was conducted by Madaripur Consumer Rights Protection Directorate and Upazila Health Department in these institutions located in Shibchar town area.
According to the sources of mobile operation, Directorate of Consumer Rights Protection and Shibchar Health Department conducted a joint operation in several clinics and diagnostic centers of Shibchar in Madaripur district. At that time, due to various irregularities including installation of X-ray machine in C-category, use of expired re-agent used for testing, non-renewal of license, 20 thousand taka to Mother and Child Private Hospital and Diagnostic Center, 15 thousand taka to Shibchar LabAid Diagnostic Center and Shibchar United Hospital. 50 was fined by the traveling court.
