The series “1670” shows in a distorting mirror the fate of the nobility, clergy and peasants at the end of the 17th century. It takes us to a small village, in a time when the Polish nobility was slowly falling into decline.

The creators of the series made sure to reflect the atmosphere of those times. It was filmed, among other places, in the Kolbuszowa open-air museum. However, this is not a historical series. There are many references to the present day. Primarily a satirical comedy ridiculing Polish vices.
