Qatar Airways plans to operate 14 weekly flights to and from Madagascar.
A “Memorandum of Understanding” or cooperation agreement has just been signed between representatives of Civil Aviation from Madagascar and Qatar, to bring this project to fruition, following a technical meeting with the Qatari delegation at the office of the Minister of Transport and of Meteorology, Valéry Ramonjavelo. This will be the 12e international company that serves Madagascar with the rest of the world. Of the 14 weekly flights that Qatar Airways plans to operate on Madagascar, one flight per day will be operated for the transport of passengers and another daily flight for the transport of cargo. “ Each flight of this airline will carry 300 passengers on board.
