110 thousand establishments apply for the initiative to exempt from Social Insurance Institution fines in 3 months

The General Organization for Social Insurance announced that the number of establishments applying for the initiative to exempt from delay fines and fines for violations exceeded 110,000 establishments, 3 months after the launch of the initiative.

The Foundation explained that this initiative targets employers and establishments to submit a request for a full 100% exemption from fines resulting from delay in payment or committing violations, provided that the full contributions due are paid, adding that the scope is still open for establishments to benefit from the initiative from those who incurred the aforementioned fines. .

The Corporation urged all establishments that meet the conditions of the initiative to benefit from it before it ends at the end of next August, explaining that establishments can apply for an exemption through the establishment’s account on the “My Insurance Business” platform through easy and simple steps and in a safe and integrated digital environment.

It is noteworthy that the initiative to exempt from fines for delays and violations, directed to employers and establishments, was launched by Social Insurance at the beginning of last March for a period of 6 months, through which it aims to mitigate the financial effects on establishments, correct the conditions of establishments, and settle debts, in addition to strengthening the principle of insurance compliance.
