On June 10, agents of the Investigative Police, assigned to the Indigenous Justice Prosecutor’s Office, carried out the arrest ordered by the control judge Region three of the Judicial District of Yajalón.
The measure was applied against Manuel “N”, David “N”, José “N”, Samuel “N”, Pedro “N” and Manuel “N” for their probable participation in the crime of qualified homicide committed against Felipe “N” and a minor.
The Attorney General’s Office reaffirmed its commitment to the inhabitants of Chiapas to guarantee the rule of law.
