Viva-MTS announces the change of shareholder. Accordingly, the company ceases to be a part of the Russian “MTS” group. The new shareholder of the company is “Fedilco Group Limited” (“FEDILCO GROUP LIMITED”) is a company whose owners are European and Asian investors.
