The French publication “PopFoot” announced the ranking of the players who were selected as the best of the match in the leading championships of the world since 2009.
Publika.az reports that Lionel Messi took the first place in the rating. The 36-year-old Argentine striker has played 628 games in La Liga and Ligue 1 with Barcelona and PSG, and has been selected as the best in 324 of them (51.6%).
Leon’s arch-rival Cristiano Ronaldo took the second place. The 39-year-old Portuguese striker, who played 612 games in the Premier League, La Liga and Serie A, was selected as the best in 28.8% of the games he participated in. Neymar closed the “first three”. “Sambachi” was the best in 90 of his 336 matches in the championships of Spain and France.
