Daniel Ferenc, popular Czech stand-up comedian, presenter and occasional actor, was born for the second time! He was in a very serious traffic accident, after which he ended up in a hospital bed all beaten up… “Fortunately, I’m fine and I won’t have any serious lasting effects. If you look at the car, you will probably realize that it was a miracle…” Ferenc admitted on his Instagram. The footage of a pretty wrecked car looks pretty scary indeed!
“This whole accident was my fault as I’m still struggling with whooping cough. And when I coughed on the way, I passed out and went off the road.” described how the crash happened in the first place. He has been dealing with whooping cough since March, and the course of this disease is not very easy for him, as he himself once stated. He constantly coughs, vomits, chokes, has pain all over his body… and what’s more, he also lost the most valuable thing he has – that is, his voice. And that was certainly not pleasant.
But the accident was much worse… “Car for s*cks, but I don’t care. I really don’t understand how I got away with it like this… Nsomeone is watching me up there and I think I know who,’ added Ferenc mysteriously, and in addition to the emergency services that rushed to his aid and the doctors at the hospital in Vinohrady, where they are taking care of him, he also thanked “to one single gentleman out of a thousand cars who came to the rescue”. Which is a pretty sad picture of our society…
