Actress and singer Selen Görgüzel has been in trouble with her landlord for a while now. Stating that she pays her rent annually in advance but her landlord is trying to evict her, Görgüzel described the mobbing she has been subjected to.

Selen Görgüzel, who was seen before the Hakan Altun concert last night, told Aramızda Kalmasın about the trouble she had with her landlord. Stating that she was not treated well, the famous name said, “I have no interest in sticking to any house. They are mobbing me. Even if I leave the house, I will legally demand an account for this shame. They pull their own cars into the space allocated to me in my indoor parking lot and do not leave me a space. When I tell them, they raise their voices with ugly words and say, ‘Get out of our house, we are tired of you’. It’s as if I am stuck to their house. I have been a tenant for 2 years, I have paid my annual rent and I am a tenant who does not cause any problems. Good tenants do not have to have good landlords. This is a test. I have no fear of anyone other than God. Those who are unjust and wrong should be afraid.”

THEY WERE SUED

Selen Görgüzel, who paid her rent in advance for a year, said that her landlord wanted to evict her 6 months after she moved in. Görgüzel, who did not leave the house because she had a contract, filed a complaint after being angry that her landlord sent the police to her house at midnight. Görgüzel, who described her experiences on her Instagram account, said the following: “At this hour, my landlord, who lives upstairs, sent the police to my house while I was sleeping, claiming that I was making noise. As if the inconvenience they caused me with ridiculous news and phone calls by cutting off my electricity and natural gas without informing me and putting their car in my relative’s place and making ridiculous news about me was not enough! I am calling out to the Ministry of Justice. I am complaining about my landlords who are trying to make me leave the house with deterrent moves because they did not accept the 25 percent increase in the rent I pay daily and annually in the house where I live with my daughter. It has only been two years since I moved into this house. I strongly request that the necessary action be taken urgently regarding our landlords who started telling me to ‘get out’ 6 months after I moved in.”
