Joe Biden has been found to have deliberately hidden classified documents in his home and office.
Publika.az reports that the 345-page report prepared by special counsel Robert Hur was made public after the White House announced that it would not request any redactions.
The report stated that Biden deliberately withheld documents that were the subject of the investigation, but that no charges would be brought against him. It was said that Biden has a memory disorder and does not fully remember the details of the documents involved in the investigation.
The potential for sensitive information to fall into the hands of America’s adversaries and be lost poses serious risks to national security. It was stated that eliminating these risks by bringing criminal charges is not an appropriate solution.
Biden welcomed the decision by making a written statement through the White House: “I was very happy to see that they achieved the result I thought from the beginning. No charges will be filed in this matter and the matter is now closed.”
Biden said that throughout his career in public service, he has always worked to protect America’s security. He also noted that his memory is in good condition.
