Perindo Supports Domalams-Lakotani in the West Papua Gubernatorial Election, Angela: It Will Definitely Bring Blessings

JAKARTA – The Indonesian Unity Party (Perindo) supports the duet Dodunias Mandacan and Mohamad Lakotani Sirua to advance to the 2024 West Papua Governor and Deputy Governor (Pilgub) election. The prospective candidates for governor and deputy governor of West Papua are believed to bring blessings.

Chair of the Perindo Party DPP Pilkada Desk, Angela Tanoesoedibjo, revealed that the Domalams-Lakotani duet has the abbreviation Doamu. So, Angela believes that the couple can bring blessings to Papua, especially West Papua.

“Soon we will witness the official support of the Perindo Party’s recommendation to Pak Dodunias and Pak Lakotani or abbreviated as the Doamu couple, yes this will definitely bring blessings because the abbreviation is very good Doamu,” said Angela in her declaration speech at the Perindo DPP Office, Central Jakarta, Thursday (30/5/2024).

He explained that this declaration showed the commitment of the Perindo Party – which is known as a modern party that cares about the little people, is persistent in fighting for job creation and a prosperous Indonesia – to Papua. “This is one of the Perindo Party’s commitments to the Land of Papua, especially West Papua,” said Angela, Deputy Chairperson of the Perindo Party DPP.

Moreover, said Angela, the votes of the Perindo Party – led by the General Chair of the Perindo Party, Hary Tanoesoedibjo – won quite a lot of parliamentary seats in Papua. “The Perindo Party’s votes in Tanah Papua are quite significant, amounting to 80 seats, where especially in West Papua itself we have 2 seats in the province and 12 seats in the district or city,” said Angela.
