Helping young people discover the possibilities offered by new technologies is the vision that Airtel Madagascar supported during the celebration of 25 years of existence of EMIT.
As part of this celebration, a delegation from Airtel Madagascar led by its interim co-CEO, Heritiana Randrianarison met the teaching staff, student representatives and different associations at its headquarters in Fianarantsoa on January 15 and 16.
Forum unique
On the occasion of the start of the academic year and to mark the beginnings of the celebration, Airtel Madagascar also held a conference entitled “Know your why for a future beyond imagination.” This event provided a unique forum, allowing the Airtel team to immerse themselves in the academic dynamics of ÉMIT and understand the vision and aspirations of the institution for the years to come. The meeting also provided an opportunity for faculty members to share their expertise and perspectives on current technological developments, thereby strengthening the links between industry and education. “ The new technology sector offers a range of exciting professional opportunities for those who are ready to contribute to the evolution of our connected world. Software development, data analysis, or any other field, the new technology sector is fertile ground for cultivating a thriving career. Therefore, the speed of technological developments requires a proactive attitude. New technology professionals must be ready to learn new skills to stay relevant in a constantly changing industry », said Mina Razafimahefa Andriamihaja, HR Director at Airtel Madagascar who was the speaker at the conference. Personalized coaching sessions were also given to interested students.
Academic excellence
Doctor Hasina Rakotonirainy, from EMIT, expressed her satisfaction with this collaboration: “ We are delighted to celebrate our 25th anniversary with Airtel, a company that shares our commitment to academic excellence and technological innovation. The meeting with the teaching staff and student associations was very enriching, and we look forward to seeing the fruits of this collaboration in future projects. »It is important to emphasize that this support demonstrates the realization of the partnership established between the two entities. As a leading training institution, the Fianarantsoa School of Management and Technological Innovation has high demands in terms of teaching quality, scientific research, infrastructure and technical resources. The collaboration with Airtel, a company sharing the same vision of development, opens up new and exciting opportunities for students and staff, providing enhanced resources for their academic and professional growth.
