The companies offer all interested visitors a deep insight into their corporate culture and the opportunity to speak directly with the company bosses and employees.
„Every Upper Austrian company, whether small or large, can take part in the career choice week and offer one or more events in their company,” says Stephan Preishuber, district office manager WKO Vöcklabruck. The unique thing about Job Week is that during a week in March, visitors have the chance to get to know a wide variety of companies up close across the district.
You can look around the workshops, production halls and offices, talk to employees and ask questions – this is how you get to know the wide variety of career opportunities in the Vöcklabruck district. “Take advantage of the opportunity and register now! The more companies take part, the greater the mutual success for employees and employers,” says Stephan Preishuber, who is of course also taking part with his electrical engineering company in Pöndorf.
To support this, the Chamber of Commerce provides all participating companies with a Job Week toolbox. It lists practical examples and clear checklists for various event formats.
