Anti-Covid Vaccination for Children in the Northern Huasteca
CIUDAD VALLES – The State Government Health Secretariat has announced an upcoming anti-Covid vaccination campaign specifically for children aged five to 11 years old in the northern Huasteca region.
Vaccination Sites and Schedule
The vaccination sites will be located in the Health Centers of the five municipalities within Sanitary Jurisdiction V, namely Valles, Ébano, Tamuín, El Naranjo, and Tamasopo. The vaccination campaign will take place from the 19th to the 23rd of June, with operating hours from nine in the morning to three in the afternoon.
Requirements for Vaccination
In order to receive the vaccine, children must present their vaccination record obtained from the mivacuna.salud.gob.mx website. They must also be accompanied by an adult during the vaccination process.
Important Considerations
Children with fever, cough, or flu-like symptoms should not be vaccinated. It is recommended that they have breakfast before receiving the vaccine. Additionally, if the child has any known allergies, it is important to inform the healthcare workers.
